We are now looking to recruit Chef de Parties to work under a brilliant Head Chef serving great quality seasonal dishes and responsible for the production, mise en place and service of dishes.
The ideal candidate for the Chef de Partie position must have strong communication skills and be a great Leader and Team Player and capable of running a section in a fast paced organised kitchen and be responsible for that section and training junior staff. You must be able to work under pressure on your own initiative and have a good sense of consistency and stock control.
Chef de Parties should have qualified from a recognised Culinary or Hotel school and have placement training and the passion to learn and develop in a great environment, working hard and learning new skills.
Talented, passionate and aspiring Chefs are required with the ambition to develop and learn from a Great Head chef.
Excellent hours, Daytime only 6 day weeks, own transport and living in the area is essential for commuting. Staff transport is provided from Fish Hoek Train Station to Cape Point and return.
Salary is negotiable and dependent upon experience.

- Able to take direction.
